Dive Pura Vida, operated by Maritimio Inc., respects your privacy and collects as little personal information as possible. This notice explains what the consult request form collects, why, how long it is kept, and how you can withdraw your consent. It reflects our obligations under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

What we collect

When you use the consult request form, we collect only the fields on that form:

• Name so we can address you properly.
• Email address so we can reply to you.
• Preferred language (English or French) so we answer in the language you want.
• Certification level so we can understand your starting point.
• Phone number, which is optional and only used if you provide it and prefer a call.
• Your message, which contains whatever you choose to tell us.

We do not collect payment information on this site. We do not use cookies, analytics that identify you, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your request and arrange a consultation about scuba instruction. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.

How the form works

The form does not store your message on this website. There is no customer database on the site. When you submit the form, it is relayed by a third-party form service directly to our email inbox, and your information then lives in that email inbox like any other message you might send us. The relay provider processes the submission only to deliver it.

How long we keep it

We keep your message in our email only as long as needed to respond and to follow up on your inquiry. If you become a student, related correspondence is kept for as long as needed to provide instruction and to meet any record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights and how to withdraw consent

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you sent us, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email the contact below and we will act on your request. Withdrawing consent will not affect anything we already did lawfully before you withdrew it.
