What this site is
This site provides information about scuba instruction services and lets you send a consult request. It is not a store, it does not sell products, and it does not process payments. Submitting the form starts a conversation; it does not create a booking, a contract, or a guarantee of availability.
No guarantee of outcome
Scuba diving carries inherent risks. Information on this site is general and does not replace in-person instruction, medical advice, or a formal certification process. Any certification is issued only after the applicable training standards are met. We make no promise that any person will complete any course in a given time.
Health and eligibility
Diving requires reasonable health and may require a medical clearance before in-water training. Eligibility, prerequisites, and any required forms are confirmed directly with you before training begins.
Certification names
Course names such as Open Water, Advanced, Rescue, Divemaster, and Emergency First Response are the names of certifications taught. They are referenced as plain text. This site is independent and does not imply endorsement by, or partnership with, any certification agency.

The text, design, and marks on this site belong to Maritimio Inc. unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.
Links and third parties
The consult form is delivered through a third-party relay service, and a future booking link may point to a third-party scheduling page. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Maritimio Inc. is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Quebec consumer protection law.
